We offer a wide range of stretch films for manual and machine use
Stretch film, offen called stretch wrap is a highly elastic polyethylene film that is commonly used to fix goods on pallets or even to package smaller products. Its main purpose is to secure boxes and other items so that they remain undamaged during transport and storage. This film is mainly made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and its design allows it to be stretched around products, creating a strong wrapping to prevent them from shifting.
This type of wrap is mainly characterized by its simplicity and speed. Manual and machine use is common.
Types of stretch films
Hand stretch film with paper tube – for packing smaller parcels (100 mm, 250 mm) and pallets (500 mm), with film thickness from 12 to 30 microns, clear and coloured
Hand stretch film without tube, which eliminates the hassle of disposing of tubes – these films offer the same packaging properties as classic stretch film on a tube, but at the same time bring a number of advantages: the weight of the roll corresponds to the net weight of the film, eliminates the hassle of disposing of paper tubes and their use significantly reduces the impact on the environment.
The manual pre-stretch film is a material-saving solution – it is approximately half the weight of conventional stretch film and is easy to handle thanks to the pre-stretch.
Machine stretch films – quality machine stretch and pre-stretch films from 6 to 35 microns, with stretchability from 150% to 350% and rolls from 1,500 m to 4,200 m
We offer different thicknesses of stretch films
The film thickness is given in millimetres (mm) or micrometres – microns (µm) for short. 1 micron (µm) = 0.001 mm. The most commonly used stretch film for pallet wrapping has a thickness of 23 µm = 0.023 mm, which provides sufficient fixation for all common types of palletised goods, even for tall pallets.

Low-microns Stretch Films
We offer both standard stretch films and low-micron films, which will save you the cost of wrapping and reduce your environmental impact. These films are characterised by their high strength thanks to special input material and innovative production processes. This allows you to achieve the same wrap strength with lower thickness films as you would with standard stretch film in a higher thickness.
Possible treatments:
Stretch films can be modified on request. It is possible to modify the colouring, print or even modify the properties of the film, e.g. by perforation (i.e. flat perforation for ventilation of the product).
