Presicion Fit pe custom covers
Our SquareFit Custom Covers are cube/block shaped hoods, that perfectly fit on overlapping object. These covers are produced by hand welding the film to a specific application. Most often we produce these custom covers from LDPE (low density polyethylene) film, but other types of materials such as HDPE (high density polyethylene), VCI (anti-corrosion film), bubble wrap or PE foam can also be used without worry.
SquareFit Covers are often used in production as a liner in boxes before they are filled or as a precise overlay after they are filled. These covers also serve as corrosion protection in case of overseas transport. In addition, our customers use them for the packaging of oversized products. SquareFit Covers optimally protect your products both in storage and in transit.
The biggest advantage of hand production is the dimensions of the resulting packaging, which practically has no limitation on the height or circumference of the packaged product. For example, SquareFit Cover with dimensions of 6m x 4m x 4m can be produced without any problems. Another advantage of the SquareFit Cover is that no overlapping is created during packaging. Packing with a SquareFit Cover is faster and easier than with conventional bags and results in a visually clean package. Precision wrapping of a large product with a custom made cover
It is also standard in manufacturing to wrap oversized products using flat films or half-sheets, which are wrapped around the product (or taped together with adhesive tape) and with great effort the desired wrap is achieved. However, this style of wrapping is very time-consuming, consumes more material and the resulting wrap does not look very professional. So in these cases, the time and material saved by switching to our SquareFit Cover is another great added value.
